Cheeseburger Protein Skillet
Ingredients
  • 6 oz 96/4 lean ground beef
  • 200g diced potatoes
  • 100g onion, diced
  • 80g pickles, chopped
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 28g reduced-fat cheddar cheese
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder
  • Cooking spray
Recipe
  1. Air fry or pan-cook potatoes until browned.
  2. Cook onion and ground beef in a skillet. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Stir in ketchup, mustard, and pickles.
  4. Add potatoes back in and top with cheese. Let melt.
