Cheeseburger Protein Skillet
Ingredients
6 oz 96/4 lean ground beef
200g diced potatoes
100g onion, diced
80g pickles, chopped
2 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
1 tbsp mustard
28g reduced-fat cheddar cheese
Salt, pepper, garlic powder
Cooking spray
Recipe
Air fry or pan-cook potatoes until browned.
Cook onion and ground beef in a skillet. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Stir in ketchup, mustard, and pickles.
Add potatoes back in and top with cheese. Let melt.
