“Quality vs Quantity”
Ask yourself, would you rather live a quality life or a quantity life? 🤔 I’m pretty sure we have no control of the latter. You know the saying, “a thousand is never enough”. Our impulses tell us more, more, more but facts are you can’t have it all. Sorry, It’s just not possible. Keep chasing quantity and let me know how that goes. My guess is when you finally catch your target then there will be another one better and then better than that and so on and so on and ohh, there’s a good chance you’ll end up with nothing. ☹️ To me quality is more in reach, in touch, and in place for us. We just don’t recognize it. It’s right in front of us! No, not in our phones. Around us! Our environment. The foods we eat. The people we surround ourselves with. How we choose to spend our time with what we have. Sure, there are people, places, and things we can’t control but if I’m living a quality first lifestyle then I can get good at controlling my interactions, my reactions, and my surroundings. Try living one quality day at a time. Eat nutrient dense, satisfying, satiating, quality foods that aren’t leaving you wanting more or feeling like crap. Spend quality time with loved ones and friends. Put your phones down, listen to what they have to say, and just be able to be present when they need you. Human interaction is just that. Interaction! Most all business or work places depend on quality over quantity. How you treat the clients, how you make them feel, and the effort and passion you put into the quality of the product to keep them coming back. All and all, I believe quality is in the moment. If we do the best we can with what we got, then we won’t need more, more, more. 🙂 With gratitude, ~Gerard

“Quality vs Quantity”
It’s never too late (a poem about addiction)
"No matter how many substances we've put in our body or bad choices we've made. It's never too late to rebuild and recover. Our bodies find a way. Humans adapt. That's what we do. Just give yourself a chance and follow it through.” 🙏✨
Light in the shadows
Sometimes my mind feels heavy, A storm that won’t let go. I stumble through the darkness, Where no one seems to know. Addiction whispers always A voice I try to fight. It tells me I am broken, But I won’t give up the fight. Angels walk beside me, In faces, words, and care. A hand to hold, a shoulder, A heart that’s always there. I breathe, I pause, I notice, The little sparks of light. Hope is not a thunder, It’s a whisper in the night. So if you feel the struggle, Or shadows press you down, Remember you are worthy, And love can still be found.

What does “home” feel like to you? 🙏✨
I’m not just talking about the walls and the roof over your head. I’m talking about living in alignment with your values, your dreams, and your pure belief systems below the noise and before the outside influences. It can be exhausting if we venture too far from “home”…chasing and getting lost! I’ve found myself “lost” many times before. It just doesn’t feel right. It feels fake at times. What “home” feels like it should be to me: “Home” is when someone can speak and act from the center of themselves — not the curated version, not the defensive version, not the performative version — but the honest one. It’s when the noise falls away and what remains is intention, curiosity, and truth. Home feels like to me: - Clarity instead of confusion - Purpose instead of pressure - Authenticity instead of performance - Connection instead of comparison - Stillness instead of scrambling It’s the space where people stop trying to be impressive and start trying to be aligned. Has anyone felt lost/ that they’ve strayed a little too far from “home”? Can anyone identify? I’d love to hear your thoughts! 🙏✨ With gratitude, ~Gerard
