For breakfast I had kodiak protein oatmeal w a cup of mixed berries (not pictured), post workout meal was the grab and go starkist chicken with protein chips + my creatine gummies. Lunch was oven roasted turkey breast slices and roast beef paired with cottage cheese and sun chips doesnt look like a lot but that meal packed 54g of protein total and was low carb and low fat as well and filled me up 😊 Dinner is finishing up but having a remixed spaghetti with turkey meatballs and Zucchini noodles.
