Got through a healthier holiday
Went Mediterranean and had grilled chicken, cucumber salad, tabouleh, and cherries for dessert. Breakfast was baked eggs and having leftovers for dinner. I have a wicked week at work, so meal prep this week is going to be focused on quick lunch salads, soups, and things I can toss in my crock pot.

How was everybody's first week so far? How are you feeling?
What's everyone think about the first week of camp? Is it what you expected so far? For me, it was more than what I expected, in a great way way to start. I am a little sore in the good way though. But I am really happy and thankful for the enthusiasm I've seen from everybody in the gym and inside the app &looking forward for the rest of camp
