Meals & Extra Workout
I started my day with 3 turkey sausage links before the gym today. I didn’t have any carbs all day but I did have sushi (shared with others) I’m going to stay away from carbs at night. I just didn’t want to lie to you guys! However I did go on a E-Bike ride today for extra movement.
Full day of eating except protein shake and turkey links!
