9am and Meal Program
9 AM was tough to get through today due to the heat and humidity, but I pulled through it. My craving for protein has increased quite a bit this camp. I have been cubing up my beef and chicken, putting them in portion size baggies, and freezing them and taking them out when I need them. It’s been a great system. Today was chicken, broccoli and red potatoes. I keep my meals simple.
