2 eggs and yogurt for breakfast today, cucumber and hummus as a snack, chicken salad variety of leafy greens and mixed nuts and chopped up apple (dressing used walden farms). Banana and rice cake pre workout, 4 slices of roast beef + protein shake made with fruits and milk post workout out (I love jocko molk, I get the powder kind to make my own smoothies).
