Been improving my kickboxing flow to incorporate more kick variety, smooth movement, better footwork and so on.
Mobility work and stretching before hand really helps allow you to enter Flow State 🌊
Also how's my tornado kick? I tried to get it up high in this video but I was also tired at this point from an earlier training lol
