"Empty your mind. Be formless, shapeless, like water. You put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle, it becomes the bottle. You put it in a teapot, it becomes the teapot. Now water can flow, or it can crash. Be water, my friend" 🌊 - Bruce Lee
Now we've heard this quote before. It's one of my favorite quotes from Bruce Lee. Yet as thoughtful as it is- it is also hard to put into actionable steps. How can we truly and realistically apply this to our training? 🤨
A big part of NinjaFit for me is to not always learn how others train but rather to listen to my body and learn what helps it improve its movements.
- Question what you think you know and should do.
- Abandon the limiting ideas you have about yourself and body.
- Empty your mind and feel what your body responds to.
- Experiment with movement, workouts, be in a state of play.
- Be water and watch your limits dissolve.
What do you guys thinks? Are there limiting beliefs you have about your body that you wish to overcome?
