Here’s some favorites pieces of training gear I’ve been loving ALOT lately!
One is my resistance bands with the ankle attachment. This is awesome for training my kicks for speed, power, control and working my hip mobility! 💥
The other i havent used a whole lot yet but already LOVE - is these floor sliders that makes it super easy for stretching and improving my flexibility! 🧘♂️
