Cardio Week! What are we focusing on in our training?
I've been feeling rather slow lately from lifting too heavy and not doing enough cardio and bagwork so this week I'll be focusing on getting more miles in via bike and treadmill (its cold outside in Virginia!) and doing more shadowboxing and bagwork.
