✨ A quick note about this Tuesday/Wednesday's Sessions!

After my camping trip, I've managed to give myself the most spectacular case of sunburn I've had in years! I sat in nature all afternoon on a warm, but breezy and really overdcast day. I won't do that again!

I've ended up with a swollen eye, a very red and blistered face, blisters all over my back and I'm feeling pretty wiped out from the heat. So I've decided to give my body a couple of days to recover and won't be delivering our live classes tomorrow.

I will still be posting the material for you, so you'll be able to listen and continue with the material as planned. It will be posted later on in the day.

Thank you for your understanding while I cool down, rehydrate, and remember that even pale English roses need shade. 🌹☀️ As I write, I'm sat top to toe slathered in mashed aloe from my garden! x
