Hello beautiful humans, Modules 8 and 9 are officially live and waiting for you. You can move through them at your own pace. There is no race here. This work is about integration, not speed. I’ve scheduled Wild Truth Talk / Group Coaching for the next two Saturday afternoons. Check the calendar tab for details. You are welcome to join regardless of which module you’re currently in. Whether you’re deep in the middle, just beginning, or circling back through earlier lessons, the space is open. The beta formally closes on Sunday, March 15. That said, you will continue to have access to all course materials for at least one year. I will be compiling everything into a finalized, polished PDF as a complete download, and I’ll also be re-recording Modules 1 through 7 in a cleaner, webinar-style format so the experience feels cohesive and evergreen. I want to pause here and say thank you. Truly. Whether you showed up live, worked quietly in the background, skimmed, journaled, lurked, or simply held the intention to begin, your participation has given me invaluable insight. You have helped shape this into something stronger, clearer, and more powerful. Your engagement has directly informed how this will evolve to serve many more women stepping into healing and sovereignty through their bodies. My next focus is growing the Skool community. As beta members, you are grandfathered in. This is your home base. Pop in from time to time, join conversations, and keep an eye out for future offerings that may support your next layer of growth. This isn’t an ending. It’s a refinement cycle. And I’m really honored you were part of the first one. 💛

Module 6 is LIVE
Hello...for those of you who are keeping up, Module 6 just went live. It is, in my opinion, the most important of the nine modules but it only makes sense if you've gotten the foundation from Modules 1-5. If you aren't keeping up, remember that these modules will be available for a good while (at least a year) for you to go through when you have time and feel ready. Have a great week!

Module 5 - it's coming!
Hello everyone! This week is the crowning midpoint of Feed Your Fat! We've climbed quite a mountain of awareness, rescuing our bodies from stress and scarcity, and now we are at the summit. This is the week where we really lock in "but what do I eat?" Oddly enough, I've reached a summit in my own recovery from months of physical manifestation of stress, scarcity, and grief. I can feel my body making some major shifts and while I would love to floor it and go full speed, I know better. I'm looking forward to increasing speed and stamina as they come naturally. All that said, Module 5 will be live on Tuesday morning rather than Monday. Don't forget, we have a live, Wild Truth Talk every Saturday at 1pm PT/ 2pm MT/ 3pm CT/ 4pm ET. A quick update on the Wild Squatch Wellness community (and some bonuses for you)
Hi loves, Feed Your Fat is back up! Each module now includes a companion PDF for reference. These are designed to support your learning alongside the online material — not to be consumed all at once or perfected. (Unless you’re just that kind of nerd and can’t help yourself.) I’m beginning to gently expand the broader Wild Squatch Wellness community as a way to create a softer on-ramp for future Feed Your Fat participants. This is about building a supportive, nourishment-first container over time—not changing or diluting what you’re already part of. Just to be very clear: Feed Your Fat remains its own dedicated, intimate, and exclusive journey. Nothing about your access, your content, or the depth of this work is being reduced or opened up. What is expanding is the outer layer—the place where future participants can learn how to slow down, orient to their bodies, and step out of diet and hustle conditioning before they ever enter deeper metabolic repair. Think of it as building the soil so the work can actually take root. The best part about this is that these new offerings are available to you in the Classroom for FREE. They’re optional, supportive, and meant to complement—not replace—what we’re doing inside Feed Your Fat. More than anything, I want you to know this expansion is about stewardship, not scale.
