@everyone
As a yoga practitioner, I often use my deck of poses to inspire me during a particular season. Today I drew three cards: Neck, Camel, and Bow. Since I know each and every one of you in this community (because we are small right now, let's enjoy it!), it's safe to say that we all share a degree of strong-willed and determined attitudes and behavior and we are each a force to be reckoned with. So here is what those poses communicated to me today; I think this message is perfect for our little collective:
✨ Where we are: The Neck reminds us to soften. Many of us come into this work with stiffness—tightness in the body, in the breath, and in our own self-expectations. Gentleness is the medicine here.
✨ Our obstacle: Camel shows up as the place where we carry everything in storage. Old burdens. Old reserves. The weight of what we’ve held onto “just in case.” The challenge is that we can’t live only from storage—eventually, we have to risk opening the chest, opening the heart, and trusting support we cannot see.
✨ Where we are headed: Bow is the release. All that tension and carrying builds the energy for propulsion. The bow bends, yes—but not to break. It bends to launch the arrow. And in this season, that arrow won't just land—it may blow the target wide open.
💡 Wild truth: What feels heavy today may be the exact fuel for your breakthrough tomorrow.
So...how does this resonate with YOU??? Let me know in the comments.
