...excited to share something with you guys! I have so much that I'll be sharing within the next couple of weeks and it's so hard to contain it all...which I think I may start sharing some now? What do you think?
Back to may main reason of posting, I'm excited that I figured this out. It's a bit of anxiety and then I remember, "Be anxious for nothing". All in due time! Once I called this out....and continue to call it out, the desire to have the chips and popcorn dimish. It doesn't COMPLETELY go away but the craving is smaller and smaller. I've been without chips for over a month. I'm feeling good.
