As we enter another holiday celebrated by many, I want you to try just ONE tip that helped me kick my sugar addiction.
When you eat, really take time to taste it! Yep, that simple.
Now, it may be harder to do this as this tip is more successful when you're not distracted; by family, tv, holiday gatherings, social events, memories, etc. So you may need to do this multiple times...in multiple settings....whether with friends and fam....and when you get some time alone.
