Almost felt it
For years, I've heard trainers say a hold your belly in till it touches your back and I always thought that was so funny because it was physically and metaphysically impossible today however after consuming a cucumber drenched in homemade dressingand not having planned much farther ahead, I was hungry. But I wasn't starving or what Americans laughingly call starving. I was just peckish. I finished my swim class and then went back to the office and heated up some frozen vegetables that I got from Costco called Primavera mixtura. I stood there and patiently pulled out every piece of red pepper and onion just because it doesn't agree with me. I had half as much and heated it up and I was just fine.
