Hunger vs. Habit Welcome to Day 1 of the Fasting Society Challenge 🤍 Today is not about changing anything yet.Today is about noticing. Most of us eat because:• it’s “time”• food is nearby• we’re stressed or tired• we’re bored Very little of that is true hunger. Today’s Focus Simply notice when you want to eat and ask: “Is this hunger… or habit?” No judgment. No fixing. Just awareness.
