Day 18 Letting go of control. Our minds are very limited in coming up with the how we will receive. When you are in your visualization are you looking at having it or is your mind searching and crafting the how? Let go of the how, see the desire in your hands( figurative if it's not a physical desire) Can you relax around the desire without knowing how it is going to come? Let go of all the ways you think it can come. Sit with the excitement of it showing up in an unexpected way. If you wrote out the desire with any expectations of how it gets to you, write it out as a thank-you for being yours. If you are visualization it, do visualize it in the same way, thankful that it's yours without knowing how it got there. Read your definite purpose and give thanks 🙏🏼

Visualization Challenge Day 17 Are you struggling with making the visualization feeling normal? By this time in my visualization I feel like I'm chasing and give it to the universe. This will not stop it from coming, it can slow it down or have it show up in a way that you don't even notice because it will come in a way that is different than you have been seeing or writing it out. The nervous system is designed to keep us safe. Anxiety, stress, worry, fear are all ways our body tells us we are doing something or experiencing something that it doesn't recognize and says it doesn't know how to keep us safe. We experience filters that show us what's available based on our nervous systems understanding of what is safe. Tonight read your definite purpose, if you are reading your desire, read it then close your eyes and ask your subconscious what it believes about your desire. Feel for responses in your body. Breathe slow and deep and begin at your head and tell your body to relax. Allow anything to come through and then journal. For those visualizing read your definite purpose, think about your desire and then close your eyes. Ask your subconscious about the belief and allow your visualization to come naturally. Does it look different? Does it feel different?

Day 16 What happens the day you receive the desire? Really take some time to step into this. If you are writing and if you are not it is worth the time to journal about this. Get clear. Breathe and experience the moment the desire shows up. How do you feel? What sensation comes over your body? Do you tell someone? Keep it to yourself? What is the first action that comes with your desire? Write this out as detailed as possible. Now read your definite purpose and step into the day. Allow yourself to feel this throughout your body and mind. Choose to carry this into your day. Give thanks 😊
