This is group is small and growing. I want to give the most value to those of you who are starting with me at the beginning of my quantum movement! I have plenty to share and I want you to share what works for you as well. When we put everything together that is where the big shifts come. It's never just one thing, one thing clicks it all into place but the reality is the things that are the most important are the small things we choose daily. Like working out, it's every movement, every thought, every action even when it's getting up to work out as part of our remembered self, something in us moves. What one thing do you never miss doing? For me it's at least a few minutes of conscious breathing. There are many more and I will be sharing those practices. Tonight the entire other side of the lake is on fire. I see the power in the cleansing and understand as much as we need to cleanse ourselves, the world can use fire to cleanse as well. I do not feel nervous, I have lost everything many times and it does not bother me to rebuild... Again... I do worry about the 500 meter walk to my car with how fast the fires have been moving. I am only considering the possibility of fire getting to us because of the ash that is so big that has made it to our dry side of the mountain. I see the beauty in the fire. I see the power in letting go of all the things that aren't truly ours. I am thankful for my safety. I'm thankful that people have been smart and safe where we are. We need rain 🌧️
