Tonight’s Dinner: Katsu Stir-Fry 🍲
🛒 What You’ll Need For the stir-fry: ✨ 2 chicken breasts (fried + sliced) ✨ 1 onion (sliced) ✨ A handful of spring onions (chopped) ✨ Noodles of choice For the homemade katsu sauce: 🥕 1 onion (finely chopped) 🥕 2 garlic cloves (minced) 🥕 1 medium carrot (grated or chopped) 🥄 1 tbsp curry powder 🥄 1 tbsp plain flour 🥄 300ml chicken stock 🥄 1 tbsp soy sauce 🥄 1 tbsp honey (or sugar) 🥄 1 tsp garam masala (optional) 🥄 1 tbsp oil 👩🍳 How To Make It 1️⃣ Fry chicken until golden, slice, set aside. 2️⃣ In a pan, cook onion, garlic + carrot in oil until soft. 3️⃣ Add curry powder + flour, cook 1 min. 4️⃣ Slowly stir in stock, then add soy sauce + honey.
