Stretch! But not just any stretches...

That's where you put active tension into your stretches to get the muscle firing, rather than letting it passively be stretched out. Think of "resisting" the stretch with the area you're feeling that tension. Then keep resisting it as you stretch further.
Take 5-8 minutes to stretch the body out! Legs, arms, shoulders, neck, chest, etc... (Tutorial stretching routine coming soon 👀👀)
To quote Tom Morrison, a mobility coach, "Lengthen and strengthen!"
