I hear this a lot. “I’m just always tired.” Most of the time it is not mysterious. It is stacked stress. - Late bedtime. - Early wake up. - Caffeine patching the gap. - No daylight movement. Then we wonder why motivation is low. Energy is built. It is not wished into existence. Action: Get outside for 10 minutes within an hour of waking up tomorrow. No phone. Just light.
