Small Wins. Big Momentum.
Today's quote from my book:
“Set up micro-commitments to outsmart sabotage. If you’ve been self-sabotaging by never completing your goals, break your goals into such small steps that your brain has no reason to resist.”Doing What You Know, Chapter 6, p. 102
Most people don’t fail because they can’t do big things.
They fail because they won’t do small things consistently.
Self-sabotage doesn’t usually show up as dramatic failure.
It shows up as “I’ll start tomorrow.”
It shows up as “I need a little more time.”
It shows up as “Let me think about it.”
Micro-commitments are how you fight back.
Not “write a book.”
Write 100 words.
Not “transform my health.”
Walk for 10 minutes.
Not “build my business.”
Create one post today.
Momentum isn’t built in leaps. It’s built in inches.
Inside this community, that’s what we reward. Action. Not perfection.
So here’s today’s question:
👉 What’s one micro-commitment you will complete in the next 24 hours?
Drop it below. Then do it.
That’s how we move from knowing… to doing.
