Too many notifications!
I have found myself in a position where I have too many notifications to work through so I have tried to read all the relevant and recent ones and am now going to mark all the rest as read. My apologies if anyone has posted something important that I've missed but I think this is the best way for me to keep up to date from now on.

It can be like information overload. Just take it at your pace.
The Energy Mirror
"Become the magnet of positive energy you are expending. Mindset is everything!" The world mirrors back to you exactly what you put into it. If you approach your work with frustration, you’ll find obstacles. If you approach it with solutions and optimism, you’ll find opportunities. You are the thermostat, not the thermometer. What is one "win" you can celebrate today to keep your energy high?

Completed my content, then realised I could add more value, so I adjusted it.
Skool Support
I'm having trouble trying to message Support. Everytime I try to type the information regarding the problem I'm having with Stripe - it keeps resetting/refreshing and you have to start again. I tried sending a message about 4-5 times without success.

🔵 Mindset Monday
Focus: Confidence, fresh start, motivation. “New week. New chance. Don’t try to fix everything today—just win the next hour.” Quote from James Clear: “You do not rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the level of your systems.” Useful item: Use a family whiteboard. How Practical Can a Whiteboard Be? 1. Daily Schedule Hub Write down: - School times - Work shifts - Sports practice - Pick-up/drop-off times - Appointments ☀️ Why it helps: Everyone can see the day instead of asking 10 times. 2. Top 3 Priorities Board List the most important things for today: - Pay power bill - Wash uniforms - Grocery shop 😌 Why it helps: Keeps focus on what matters most when life feels full. 3. Chore Tracker Assign age-appropriate jobs: - Dishes - Feed pet - Tidy room - Take bins out ✅ Add ticks or stars ⭐ Why it helps: Builds responsibility and teamwork. 4. Meal Planning Station Write meals for the week: Mon: Pasta Tue: Tacos Wed: Stir fry 🍴Why it helps: Less “What’s for dinner?” stress and fewer last-minute takeaways. 5. Budget Reminder Corner Track: - Rent due date - Bills due - Savings goal - Shopping list item 💲Why it helps: Keeps money visible and organised. 6. Encouragement Space Write uplifting notes like: 😊 “Proud of you.” 😊 “You’ve got your test today—go smash it!” 😊 “We’re a strong team.” ☀️ Why it helps: Home feels supportive, not just busy. 7. Homework / Study Zone Children can write: - Homework due dates - Spelling words - Maths practice 👍 Why it helps: Creates routine and independence. 8. Emergency Communication Tool If routines change: “Nan picking you up today.” “Dinner in fridge.” “Back at 6pm.” 📝 Why it helps: Clear messages reduce confusion. Simple Illustration Without whiteboard: 🌀 Everything stays in one parent’s head. With whiteboard: 📋 Information lives where everyone can see it. That shift can feel huge. Best Setup for Single Parents Use 4 sections: - This Week - Today - Meals - Notes Keep it simple. Fancy systems usually die fast 😄

@John Jackson It really does help so much.
Close the Gap
Today's quote from my book: “The gap between knowing and doing is where most people lose.” Doing What You Know, Chapter 9, p. 169 Most people don’t struggle because they lack information. They struggle because they don’t consistently act on what they already know. That gap is where progress stalls. You can read the books, take the courses, and understand exactly what needs to be done. But if it never turns into action, nothing changes. Over time, that gap gets wider, and frustration builds because the solution always feels just out of reach. Closing that gap isn’t complicated, but it isn’t easy either. It comes down to execution. Not perfect execution. Consistent execution. That’s where results are created.

Totally agree with this post. The execution doesn't need to be on point, you just need to start and be consistent about it.
