Today's quote from my book:
“Once you’ve answered these, you’re not just guessing anymore. You’re seeing the pattern clearly. And what you can see, you can change.”
Doing What You Know, Chapter 6, p. 102
Most people stay stuck because everything feels vague.
“I don’t know why I do this.”
“I don’t know what’s wrong.”
“I don’t know why I keep repeating it.”
That fog is what keeps the pattern alive.
Clarity breaks cycles.
When you name the behavior…
When you identify the trigger…
When you expose the fear underneath it…
You’re no longer reacting blindly.
You’re choosing.
You can’t change what you refuse to see.
But once you see it clearly, the power shifts.
Identify one repeating pattern.
Write it down.
Name the trigger.
Name the fear behind it.
Bring it into the light.
Because what you can see… you can change.
