I got three emails today. Three different companies. Same answer when I asked about communication skills development.
We have resources for that.
A PDF. An online module. Maybe a handbook. Handed out, then worked through on their own time.
We wouldn’t expect a nurse to learn their skills from a PDF. We wouldn’t hand a tradie a manual and call it done. They need the reps.
So does it feel right that human skills are suitable for a PDF?
