Today's quote from my book:
“You don’t need another system. You need to move your feet. Action beats perfection.’”
Doing What You Know, Chapter 10, p. 232
A lot of people stay stuck because they keep searching for the perfect setup before they begin. They want a better strategy, more information, more confidence, or a guarantee that everything will work out before they fully commit.
But perfectionism has a way of disguising itself as preparation.
Meanwhile, time keeps moving.
Progress rarely comes from having the perfect plan. It comes from movement. It comes from taking the next step, adjusting along the way, and refusing to stay frozen while overthinking every decision.
That’s why execution matters so much.
The people who eventually break through are not always the smartest or the most talented. They are usually the ones willing to move before everything feels perfect.
