Toe exercises that are sure to benefit your posture, joints, and mobility for easier movement, less pain and more stability for every day life. Also, this is THE prevention for bunions if you're prone to those. These seemingly silly yet difficult definitely exercises are worth it to avoid surgery or going through lots of pain and falls later in life :)
