NO Club tonight!
Hey all, just a reminder we are not having club tonight due to my board meeting. We have rescheduled to next Tuesday 3/3 and we'll have back-to-back weeks to kick off March! Looking forward to practice tonight? Try looking at the library of recordings under the Sacred Circle Replays tab!

how are you feeling today after last night’s Circle? We did a lot of heart opening with the shoulders and various breath practices. Curious to hear how you’re feeling today - physical and mentally. Clarity, calm, energy, more open…share below! I can definitely say my heart is more expansive today and feeling the oneness in my interactions ✨

@Juliana Veracka ah very good to hear! i was just having this conversation today about when we are in savasana or trying to sleep, there is finally no other stimuli to distract us from what has been trying to surface all day! hopefully it opened up some clarity for you in addition to the lightness ✨

Sacred Circle 2/10/2026 Need: block, blanket, water, journal - two kriya breath practices at the beginning to break through negative energy in the mind and field - Vinyasas with low lunge shoulder opening - Breath of fire with ego conqueror - Chair pose play on tippy toes, fire up legs for grounding - Close with soft meditation and OHMs for oneness - Note: recommend to add a longer shavanasa resting period and sitting quietly at the end. PRIME opportunity to pray, meditate deeply, or journal if called. Nature walk. This helps with grounding after a potent transformative practice. Extra WATER super important afterward for next 24 hours!!
