Sacred Circle 2/10/2026 Need: block, blanket, water, journal - two kriya breath practices at the beginning to break through negative energy in the mind and field - Vinyasas with low lunge shoulder opening - Breath of fire with ego conqueror - Chair pose play on tippy toes, fire up legs for grounding - Close with soft meditation and OHMs for oneness - Note: recommend to add a longer shavanasa resting period and sitting quietly at the end. PRIME opportunity to pray, meditate deeply, or journal if called. Nature walk. This helps with grounding after a potent transformative practice. Extra WATER super important afterward for next 24 hours!!

Sacred Circle 12/17 - Sagittarius New Moon and leading up to the biggest holidays of the year. This is the perfect practice when you feel overextended and just need some focused quiet time to regulate your nervous system and bring awareness back into your body. Remember, the intention of yoga nidra is to stay awake! It is as restorative as deep sleep. All you need are a blanket and comfy clothes and tissues if you're stuffed up.
