PART 2 - Grounding with Water 4/21/2026
If you haven't done it, go back to PART 1 of 4/21/2026 Sacred Circle We started with a short rest, EMYoga WakeUp on the floor and moved into an AWESOME 10-minute mobility routine that we did twice. We are using WATER to counterbalance the WOOD of Spring and having 5 planets in FIRE elements, plus being in FIRE horse year and just coming off of Aries FIRE season into EARTHY Taurus. We used themes of deep WATERS of EARTH to become nourishing springs within our bodies before doing a Soul Infusion Practice to move out of chronic, old patterns. This process begins in PART 1 and completed in PART 2. Needed: - blanket - water - journal

Raising the Vibration - Chakras, Lymph, & Aura 4/7/2026
woooweeee this one is POWERFUL!! Recommended to do this at least once every other month as a potent clearing of aura, raising your vibrations from inside out and outside in, and wringing out. When we work with the chakras, we are working with the endocrine system, aka hormones! If your mood is off constantly, you feel puffy/bloated or out of sync, do this practice. What To Expect: Chakra Balance with Chanting Lymph Massage Twisting to "wring out" the gunk!! Breath Connection with Strap Bring: - strap, belt or scarf - Folded blanket or cushion to sit on - Folded blanket for final pose
