Sacred Circle June 16, 2026 **THIS IS A PRACTICE TO RETURN TO REGULARLY!** Toe exercises that are sure to benefit your posture, joints, and mobility for easier movement, less pain and more stability for every day life. Also, this is THE prevention for bunions if you're prone to those. These seemingly silly yet difficult definitely exercises are worth it to avoid surgery or going through lots of pain and falls later in life :) Potential props: blanket, strap, blocks

Slow is Smooth: Easy Diaphragm Breathing & Root Beliefs
Sacred Circle June 2, 2026 This is one you'll keep coming back to! What we did: - joint warm up & lubrication - "7 churnings" - easiest breath practice to breathe into lower chest - PERFECT FOR REVERSE Breathing and if you're prone to hyperventilation! - 4 question reflective exercise for problem/goal you're working through - powerful for identity! Props Needed: - blocks (optional for sitting comfortably) - blanket (optional for sitting) - Journal & pen - Water/tea - Wall/chair/couch Note: we didn't end up having time for the foot massage mentioned at the beginning but feel free to add it on after anyway with your favorite oil! Massage your I AM statement into the soles of your feet, stand in the belief of who you are :)

5/19/2026 An unseasonably hot 90F Spring day on the east coast meant we moved a little slower in vinyasas. Focus on upper body, chest and shoulder opening for easier breathing, bringing in joy! Props: - block - Blanket optional - Journal
