What we did:
- joint warm up & lubrication - "7 churnings"
- easiest breath practice to breathe into lower chest - PERFECT FOR REVERSE Breathing and if you're prone to hyperventilation!
- 4 question reflective exercise for problem/goal you're working through - powerful for identity!
Props Needed:
- blocks (optional for sitting comfortably)
- blanket (optional for sitting)
- Journal & pen
- Water/tea
- Wall/chair/couch
Note: we didn't end up having time for the foot massage mentioned at the beginning but feel free to add it on after anyway with your favorite oil! Massage your I AM statement into the soles of your feet, stand in the belief of who you are :)
