Need: block, blanket, water, journal
  • two kriya breath practices at the beginning to break through negative energy in the mind and field
  • Vinyasas with low lunge shoulder opening
  • Breath of fire with ego conqueror
  • Chair pose play on tippy toes, fire up legs for grounding
  • Close with soft meditation and OHMs for oneness
Note: recommend to add a longer shavanasa resting period and sitting quietly at the end. PRIME opportunity to pray, meditate deeply, or journal if called. Nature walk. This helps with grounding after a potent transformative practice.
