Second class is up!
Just wrapped up my second class on nutritional supplementation and whether or not they’re a good option for you. In this class, I break down the different kinds of nutrients, both natural and synthetic that show up on a nutrition label. I also take a deep dive into vitamin B9 and B12 highlighting their unique properties and why they matter. For this argument, I used Goli Apple Cider Vinegar gummies as the example. Like my last class, nothing against the brand itself but simply to highlight the many strategies used to get you to buy their products. Please stay tuned, many more classes are on the way!

The Truth Behind Organic, Pasteurized, and Gluten-Free Claims
Hello everyone! I just wrapped up my first class on produce marketing strategies and the different methods companies use to persuade consumers to choose their products. In this class, we covered organic labeling, a brief history of pasteurization, the misuse of gluten-free claims and the wide range of seals and labels, both regulated and unregulated that appear in the marketplace. I’ll be using Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar as an example, nothing against the brand itself, but rather to highlight the different types of marketing strategies that produce companies often use to get ahead. Stay tuned for more upcoming class drops!
