Hello everyone! I just wrapped up my first class on produce marketing strategies and the different methods companies use to persuade consumers to choose their products. In this class, we covered organic labeling, a brief history of pasteurization, the misuse of gluten-free claims and the wide range of seals and labels, both regulated and unregulated that appear in the marketplace.
I’ll be using Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar as an example, nothing against the brand itself, but rather to highlight the different types of marketing strategies that produce companies often use to get ahead.
