Just wrapped up my second class on nutritional supplementation and whether or not they’re a good option for you. In this class, I break down the different kinds of nutrients, both natural and synthetic that show up on a nutrition label. I also take a deep dive into vitamin B9 and B12 highlighting their unique properties and why they matter.
For this argument, I used Goli Apple Cider Vinegar gummies as the example. Like my last class, nothing against the brand itself but simply to highlight the many strategies used to get you to buy their products.
