How we design high-ticket fulfillment events
We are in the era of event-based fulfillment The most popular event model for us in 2026 has by far been fulfillment events Real quick, for those of you that haven't heard of a fulfillment event before... A fulfillment event is an event (or multiple events) that is attached onto a high-ticket offer, designed to help clients implement and make progress on their journey in real time. They are also designed to create a sense of of trust, connection, and community within a business Most of our conversations used to be about acquisition events, but since the new year, most founders booking calls with us are looking to introduce fulfillment events to their ecosystem The industry is starting to realize how important it is to have an IRL event component in their business as AI continues to improve & integrate People are going to start buying from businesses that have an IRL event component because: 1. They will be able to confirm that whoever they are buying from is a real person, and that they are who they say they are 2. They will be able to connect with real people in real life that are on a similar journey as them But how does one actually design a fulfillment event? I just posted a video on YouTube breaking down our whole process, end-to-end If you have any questions, feel free to drop them down below!
The #1 reason why 7 & 8-figure founders are so bullish on IRL events
Why are 7 & 8-Figure founders so bullish on live events? This is a trend that I noticed early on in my career As soon as an online coaching company or community would get to the high 6/low 7-figure range, they would start hosting live events Almost like an unwritten rule of the industry... In order to understand why this trend was happening, I started to simply ask "why" Whenever I would jump on a call with a founder that wanted to do an event with us, I would ask them why they wanted to do a live event in the first place Why not just stick with virtual events or VSL's? Why venture into the world of IRL events? There was 1 answer that I kept getting, and it really surprised me. I just posted a video on YouTube breaking down the #1 reason why 7 & 8-figure founders are so bullish on live events Enjoy!
💤 Don't sleep on this event model
Last week, we hosted an implementation event for a company's team. Our 4 primary event models are ascension, fulfillment, affinity, and masterminds. But we were presented with a unique opportunity, and you know us... we just had to go for it. Our client sold a package that INCLUDED a "team implementation" event 🧠 So imagine if you sold one of your offers, and part of that offer was to bring out your customer's entire executive team to learn and grow together in-person. That's essentially what this was! (so, a *fulfillment+* event? 🤣) Here's why this event model makes a lot of sense in today's community market: ⭐ Event-based fulfillment is where the puck is going. Due to AI, gatherings will be the best way to help get your customers results in a short amount of time. ⭐ If your offer or product requires action and buy-in from MORE than just your individual customer (say, a CEO or founder in this case), you need a way to unify and empower the other stakeholders ⭐ The fundamentals of great experience design are the same, whether the attendee is a customer or an employee. For this event, the content, sessions, and experiences were tailored to unleashing the A-players within the business, helping them develop trust and build a unifying vision for the company. ⭐ The media capture (interviews, photos, videos) adds significant ROI to an event like this. Assets can be used in company training modules, ads, social posts, and many more things that generate awareness and leads for the business. ⭐ This team works remotely, so many conversations were long overdue. We also noticed a willingness to lean into the experience and be vulnerable, sharing things you wouldn't in slack or zoom. Overall, the event was a success! 9/10 attendee satisfaction score, with many saying they felt they moved from Function (what their job description is) to Fellowship (working as a team towards a shared vision) Do any of your clients or members need an event where their entire team is present? 🤔

Just recorded a youtube vid diving into what we are seeing work in 2026 for live events! The model is changing, which is both exciting and intimidating... Enjoy!
We launched an event with Greg Isenberg (Full Case Study)
A few weeks ago, we launched an in-person event with Greg Isenberg. Here's how it went: ✅ 6-figure launch ✅ Sold out ✅ 9.04/10 attendee satisfaction score ✅ 79 Net Promoter Score (anything above 70 is considered excellent) I just recorded a full breakdown on the strategy we used to bring this event to life! Enjoy :)
