我開始感謝我的身體Thank you, my body!
這兩年比較接觸宇宙、顯化,聽到這個理論好幾次,就是可以冥想感謝自己的身體, 譬如感謝你眼睛,今天辛苦地看了一整天報表。 感謝你我的雙手,今天寫了這麼多字。 感謝你我的雙腳,今天開了這麼多車,辛苦了! 還有,對於身上可能有病痛的地方,跟他說話精神喊話,告訴她她是健康的,身體的部位被我們注意到是很開心的喔!! 聽說這樣身體的疾病也會慢慢變好,腫瘤也會不見了! 希望大家一起來試試,感恩一下自己的身體吧! Over the past couple of years, I’ve gotten more into the universe, manifestation, and all that good stuff. And there’s this idea I keep hearing: you can meditate by thanking your own body. Like:“Thank you, eyes, for staring at reports all day.”“Thank you, hands, for typing and writing so much.”“Thank you, feet, for driving everywhere today. You did great!” And if there’s any part of your body that’s hurting, you can even talk to it—give it a little pep talk and tell it that it’s healthy. They say that when your body feels noticed and appreciated, it actually becomes happier. Some people even say their health gets better and that things like tumors can disappear. So let’s all try it—take a moment to thank your body today!
