It reminded me that decluttering is not just about cleaning — it’s about loving yourself and making space for a better life. Here are five types of decluttering I want to focus on as I welcome 2026: 1️⃣ Physical Space Decluttering 空間上的斷捨離 When you start with your space, your heart often follows. For example: broken appliances that never get fixed, torn items you keep saying “I can still use this,” empty jars, boxes, and paper bags.
