What is HIGG will? Higg will is a refined quality of willpower that becomes more subtle and refined as we practice regularly. The Higg Boson particle is an element found during experiments at the CERN lab in Switzerland. This particle is what gives mass to other particles in the process of becoming. By practicing intentionally on a daily basis we literally transform ourselves at the quantum level. Who's ready?

Day 21 - 11/11/2025. What a perfect day to finish up with this round of 21-days. I'll be starting another one soon in a cohort I am creating. For this practice today I did balloons, sweeping, gathering cords, Taichi, and set some intentions for the success of the cohort. Have a beautiful day everyone!

11/6/2025 - It's a mom day. She's sleeping soundly. I'm working in Skool. Before I got hooked in though I did some stretching, aware of sound - the O2 machine running, her home's noises, different sounds outside - Tai chi to open and clear the meridians (so my energy flows freely), standing intentionally, trying to keep things in perspective. I hope you all have a beautiful day.
Day 15 - oops I forgot to document on this day, though I did do a practice. I tend to do practicing of some sort every day throughout the day but my discipline of documenting in a community is obviously not set in stone, yet. π¬

11/4/2025 "practiced" axis/cats this morning. Up super early. For me it's easy to practice first thing in the morning before the day starts rolling. Documenting this is my discipline right now. πͺ Going to the hotsprings for some rest and recharge.

I'm at Mom's. Up early with the time change. She's still zonked -told me to "get some sleep". Things are shifting for her. Today I did AXIS/CATS, balloons, sweeping, gathering cords, braiding cords, and some balance yin/yang tai chi. 7 mins is all. I'm plugged in. Have a great day!

I had to MAKE myself do a practice right now so I could post about it. Dallas and I went to our teacher's house last night and we were up early learning things about how to further develop our daily practice. Lol. We drove two hours there and two hours back. It's been a long day. I'm committed to this daily practice. No matter what. I hope you're doing fun things today that you are wholeheartedly committed to.

Uneventful morning. Drive to Mom's. Actually did a practice before sitting in the big comfy chair. Posting about it now. I'm continuing daily with some basic tai chi exercises to open meridians. Easier to focus but still takes effort to stay put past the first 30 seconds. Literally. My cute but annoying Monkey Mind is maddening at times! π

Balloons and exchange helped me let go of sadness about mom today. It didn't extinguish be sad just gave me an outlet. Feeling better now.

Up early at Mom's and I practice for a few. I have to MAKE myself focus. Argh. It took a few times and 20 mins before I could make myself be. in. the. moment. Doesn't matter how long I've been at it in years, some (a lot of) moments are still tricky. β³
Day 1 10/21
Today is a new moon and it occurs to me. It's a great day to start a new habit so I'm starting one right here right now with you.
My new habit is to do a practice first thing in the morning- which is often tricky because I have animals inside and outside of my home (chickens), I have a garden that is a beautiful distraction and responsibility, and with all of the things going on like caregiving, therapisting, and parenting (an adult child who's away at school,) friending, sibling-ing lol, and Skooling, that might be a little hard to do. But I'm going for it.

I'm with mom this morning so up a little earlier and less distraction on the way to practice. Clocks - both versions, and the Taichi exercise about opening all 12 meridians (video below) so I can get better at the tippy toe part and open all 12 meridians, and some "knocking on the doors of life." It literally takes more than three mins and less than 7 mins - if'n you wanna join me with your own practice and let us in on the messy, juicy details. π

Easier to remember today. Did a little tai chi routine to get my body and energy going. 3-7 mins is all. Then the day sucks me in!
Day 3 10/24
Focus has often been a struggle for me. Coming outside this morning I fed the chickens and got distracted by the hangers-on flowers. Then was able to make my way to a 3-7 min practice. Listening deeply. Moving on purpose. It's cold outside in Colorado at 7a.
Day 2 10/23
I almost forgot. Got up at 5 drove to my Moms. Went back to sleep (omg). Just spent a few mins breathing in my Moms garden with a little clocks, balloons, and exchange.
