I seen that everyone seems to want merch from what the poll recorded! It was the biggest poll in the community so far! I’m going to make merch designs this weekend! What all would you want for merch? Blade Lift
Made this Pinch “knife” Blade out of some aluminum plate. And Yep, it is sharpened. It makes for a great tool to train pinch between the heel of your palm and the finger tips/thumb. Plus there’s the added fun of making sure you don’t let it slide out of your grip weird and slice up your hand (I prefer to lift it with the edge facing away from my skin). Worked up to a single @ 80lbs.

60mm Rolling handle and 85mm Static Handle
Was finally able to get in a quick training session today as other projects the last two weeks have demanded my attention instead. Warmed up with some Hilt lifts then moved on to Rolling Handle and some larger diameter static handle lifts. It’s gonna take me a few to get my strength back up to where it was but it felt good to be pulling some weight again.
