Though it is recommended, it is not required to follow along in the book, so if you haven’t started and want to jump in you are totally welcome to! Even if you aren’t reading the book you will easily grasp what we are talking about, because the focus is on the mindset and attitude that we are trying to apply to our daily lives to help us get shit done and be the best we can be!
