I'm disappointed

I just purchased a CalSync Vault license, and the only thing it unlocks are the calendars. I see that even removing the "last updated stamp" requires a monthly subscription. I expected full access, not to have almost everything restricted.

Furthermore, the calendars aren't being added to my address book, which is the main functionality I was looking for. I've added two: one from Google and one from Outlook with ICS. Nothing is showing up.

I'd like to know how I can request a refund.
