Account not activating?

Hi,

I have purchased but it won't activate. Still showing 'free trial'. It says that when purchased it will work straight away? Then I looked and perhaps I should have been emailed a licence?

I have not received an email with a licence number. Additionally, when I click on 'enter licence' it takes me to the bottom of the pages with no way to enter licence even if I had it (which I don't).

Hopefully there is a fix, or am I missing something?
