A Dead reMarkable Pro
I purchased a new reMarkable Pro, downloaded a couple of templates, all went well fir a week then one day it just did not boot up or connect to my pc.
ReMarkable were as much help as an ashtray on a motorbike,
They refused to support because they blamed the software. They told me that there is no way to reset the tablet.
Who builds tablets and dont offer a reset feature.
Can anyone help me here?
