Hello and welcome — I’m 𝐄𝐢𝐥í𝐬 𝐎’𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐲, 𝐌𝐒𝐜 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐫, 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡, 𝐲𝐨𝐠𝐚 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐫 of "From Burnout to Bliss: My Mindful Map" (see more in the "About" section). I created this space as a 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐦 𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐭 — 𝐚 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐩𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞, 𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭 with yourself and others on a similar path. Together, we explore mindful living, meditation, movement and self-compassion as pathways from chaos to calm, burnout to balance, & from striving to being. Here you’ll find 𝐠𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬, 𝐣𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 that invite you to slow down, tune in, and rediscover your natural calm and clarity.
