The Fly-Press
The fly-press is a chest exercise that is often performed with dumbbells but can also be performed with cables.
I’ve heard it said before that this exercise is the best of both worlds. You get more shoulder abduction than a press, but more scapular retraction than a fly.
Since this exercise allows for more shoulder abduction but still scapular retraction, would it lengthen the middle pecs more than a press?
