Seated calf
Seated calf raises don’t really feel right for me — I do them on the Smith machine. What’s weird is that I actually prefer them unilaterally. Ben, do you see any issue if I do them unilaterally twice a week? Maybe focusing more on the pause one day and the stretch on the other?

Morning walks
For the past couple of Sundays, I’ve been going out for a walk at 6:30 a.m. for about an hour, and they definitely make me happier. At first, I was just doing it to move more on Sundays since I don’t work and usually spend the day on the computer, but it turned out to be a great decision. I really recommend it. But one thing — just you and your mind, no music, no phone.

Hey, I’ve got two questions for you, bro: 1. I’ve always been someone who gains fat quickly in the abdominal area. Most of the time I’ve tried to get rid of it, and I can, but when I go into a bulk, I gain it back in the same spot just by looking at food haha. Meanwhile, my back and arms always stay in good shape. From my experience, a bulk should be cut around 18% body fat, but if I judge it by my abdomen, it doesn’t last at all. What would you do if you were my coach? 2.When I start working with a client, I try to make sure they have the basics of nutrition and I get them doing pull-ups. But what I see is that they always end up overeating and either lying about it, or the opposite when they’re trying to gain mass. How do you handle that, or how did you handle it back in the day? Gracias por todo el contenido. eres un fiera, maquina, gladiador, mamut, super héroe de las pesas.

@Ben Yanes Thanks for your reply and for going into so much detail as always. I’m going to keep focusing on my growth and let go of more clients
Stability Ball "Round/Arch" Combo (and side bend bonus)
Nothing earth shattering here, but this is a superset-no-rest-between crunch to reverse crunch combo I really like and sharing just because. The peak band tension in the crunch followed by the rather extreme loaded arch of the reverse crunch creates all kinds of fatigue burnout sensation that I just love / some clients love. Just back and forth with minimal rest and go until can't go anymore. (My back has no issues with any of the spine range). I do this after the Freemotion Ab standing crunch + a seated row back extension superset "for dessert" before moving onto side bends & twists.
