Ballin on a budget....what is your investment for running.
Ok we are not all like @Scott Birdsall and have every running company reach out to us and send us free gear. We are normal humans and have budgets. So for today's Tech Tuesday question... We want to know... What’s the best piece of tech gear you’ve bought under $100 that made a real difference in your running? The least expensive but with the biggest impact wins...

ILLUMINATION?.... No not illuminati
For todays "Tech Tuesday" topic off discussion.... what is the best light set up? As the days get darker earlier and stay that way longer, what is your GO TO light or reflective set up / gear for the Early morning or late evening runs?

Winter is coming.... What's the go to gear to keep ya warm?
Ok all you fall and winter lovers 🤮 lol... ( I am a summer guy) anyhow I digress. The leaves are changing colors here in the northwest which means the COLD runs are going to be back on tap really soon... So for today's TECH TUESDAY question...., Layering up for changes in weather: 1. What is your go to and how to layer, what works and what doesn't? 2. What are your favorite brands to use on those cold runs? 3. Is there one item that you have that is a MUST HAVE for cold weather runs ?

What is the most important "data" you have to have.
With all the gizmos and gadgets we have access to today, is it just noise or does it help. From heat rate monitors, to pace trackers, to distance tracking , to recovery time protocol, to sleep tracking, to vO2 Max, .... this list goes on and on, I am sure you get it so I will spare you. HOWEVER... For today's TECH TUESDAY question. We wanted to know what DATA do you actually use and how has it helped you in your current training programs ?

FYI: Shokz is having their end-of-Summer sale
I know we had a discussion about gear and Shokz came up as a 👍👍 I said I would keep my eye open for a couple of you and let you know if I saw anything. Sale is Aug25-Sep1. OpenMove is only $55. So a decent entry level set to find out if you like them. OpenRun Pro 2, OpenFit 2 - both appear to be 20% off - so about $140. I have both of those and wear them all the time. I'm not an affiliate; I don't get anything for this. Just got the email and wanted to let you guys know!
